Strawberry Space is back and it has moved outdoors, just in time to celebrate the Fat Fish Familia four year anniversary with special guest Dimitri From Paris and a selection of talented local selectors. Strawberry Space Open Air takes place on July 13 at Wavehouse Sentosa, in what promises to be a celebration of house, funk, soul, disco and space groove. Add the visual arts from some of Singapore’s most talented creatives and the fact that it coincides with the Bastille Day celebrations and it is going to be a day and night to remember.

What better way to celebrate Bastille Day than in the company of one of the country’s most recognized selectors, Dimitri From Paris. With over two decades travelling the world spreading his unique house and disco sound, Dimitri is one of the most influential performers. A distinguished gentleman with an ear for a groove, a talent for a remix and an ability to take a crowd on a magical musical journey. The stars have undoubtedly aligned to celebrate four years of the Fat Fish Familia and take the popular Strawberry Space event outdoors!

While Dimitri From Paris is undoubtedly the headliner, there are numerous reasons to get yourself down to Wavehouse on July 13. An abundance of local talent will set the mood, from 14.30 in the afternoon, all the way to the wee small hours. From Fat Fish Familia, Orio, Roco and JustMack; from Ice Cream Sundays Toppings, Nick Bong and Muto Masashi, from DOOMPH Jean-Baptiste and Stephen Day and with Jnr Tirso(Matteblacc Canada) and Kid Fiesta (Silent Disco Asia) completing the line-up, there is a truly international representation! There is also the promise of more surprises to come so keep an eye on the socials to check out all developments. Strawberry Space has also announced that the event will be plastic-cup-and-straw-free! Collaborating with non-profit Paddle For The Planet, an organization that raises awareness for marine conservation and clears plastics from our oceans and waterways. Every ticket purchased in rounds 1,2 and 3 will include a reusable cup that can be used throughout the event and taken home afterwards.
