March 25 – 29 sees stylish eatery Monti, in partnership with Citibank and Sphere Exhibits, present a Florentine Inspired Feast featuring a Four Hands Kitchen collaboration between Monti head chef Felix Chong and Australia’s leading authority on Italian food, Guy Grossi. The innovative menu offers an unparalleled gastronomic experience in one of Singapore’s finest establishments.

One of Melbourne’s iconic dining venues, Florentino has been an integral part of the city’s culinary scene since 1929, influencing food culture and changing the face of hospitality in the city. In 1999 the Grossi family took over the reins, with the name changing to Grossi Florentino but the influential role that the eatery plays in Melbourne has remained the same. Guy Grossi brings that history and passion for food with him when, alongside Felix Chong, they deliver a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sample an extra special menu for the gastronomes in Singapore.

Monti is already one of Singapore’s most popular dining destinations. Its Collyer Quay location offers spectacular views across Marina Bay, and a waterfront experience that is second to none. Perfect for romantic dates or an intimate getaway, where everything aligns to deliver the perfect experience. Whether you drop in and enjoy the sunset through the floor to ceiling windows, as day eases into night, or you prefer the dazzling illuminations of the bay at night, Monti offers a unique nocturnal spot. March 25 – 29 sees the venue exercise its culinary muscle as it welcomes Guy Grossi, one of the foremost experts in Italian dining, who, along with homegrown hero Felix Chong for five days of gastronomic excellence.
