March 3 is yet another chance to pack your picnic basket and head for Fort Canning Park, where some of the hottest live acts and talented DJs will be waiting to deliver the perfect sound track. Youngr needs very little introduction, the youtube sensation initially caught the imagination with a mesmerising interpretation of ‘Sweet Disposition’ before accepting invitations to play parties and festivals all over the world, where his unique style and clear passion for his craft has wowed audiences. Canadian multi-instrumentalist Pomo is no stranger to a festival stage, where his original work as well as unique remixes of other artists makes him a firm favourite. Wherever you look on the line-up, there is something special waiting to happen, making this one of the most anticipated Garden Beats Festivals of recent time. Make sure you have your tickets well in advance, this is one party you don’t want to be on the outside looking in.
Garden Beats is not your typical festival, with numerous areas and activities to complement the music, there is always something going on. Check out the hippie-tent in the Social Fields, get your eat on in the Culinary Field and afterwards, work them off again in the play fields, where a selection of garden games tests your competitive spirit. Woodstock comes to life in the Styling Fields and, of course, check out the array of musical talent on the Garden Beats Stage. The 48-hour flash sale continues until January 10, with tickets available at just S$75, before the prices rise to S$85 for early birds until January 31. Lazy birds can grab their tickets for S$95 until February 21 and the regular tickets will be available while stocks last at S$95. In the unlikely case that there are any tickets left for the door, you can grab them at S$125. For those that are keen to keep the party going after the 10.30 closing, the after party will take place at recent Singapore club addition mão, where your Garden Beats tickets will guarantee free entry.
