March sees the return of the Art-Zoo Inflatable park @ I Light Marina Bay. It’s the largest experiential art inflatable playground in the heart of Singapore’s city centre, offering a wide range of new giant inflatable clusters for visitors of all ages. The park will run from March 9 until April 1, open from 5pm until 10pm and from 3pm on weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays and during the school holidays.
Creator Jackson Tan said: “Art-Zoo Inflatable Park was born out of my childhood memories of visiting and drawing the animals at Singapore Zoo and the animal-inspired playgrounds. Similar to what I’ve been exposed to as a child, Art-Zoo encourages visitors to explore nature through accessible and interactive art. This year, we have created a new line-up of giant inflatables with characters within our natural habitats where some species are at risk of being endangered, extinct, or exist only in our imagination. I hope Art-Zoo will inspire visitors to not just have fun and stretch their imagination, but also do their part for conservation.”
The Art-Zoo Preview Rour is out and about in Singapore now and you can get an exclusive sneak preview of some of the inflatables as they drop into six CapitaLand Malls, including Bedok Mall, Bugis +, JCube, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City and Westgate. The inflatables will be touring these malls up until February 25 and the public can catch a glimpse of Yellow Woods, Pink Lagoon, Orange Rocks, Green River, Red Reefs and Checkmates, before they take their place on the water. Entry tickets can be bought from artzooworld.com or at the gates. Children under 24 months get in free with each paying visitor. Grab early bird tickets at S$15.80 each (till 19 February)! Standard tickets are S$18 each.
